Announcing the Retirement of Dr. Gizzie
After more than 30 years as a part of our Associates in Women’s Healthcare family, Dr. Gizzie recently announced her retirement. She plans to stop seeing patients in January 2021.
In Dr. Gizzie’s retirement letter, she writes:
To everyone who has allowed me to participate in your healthcare:
It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter. As some of you know, I have been contemplating retirement. In my house, we call this graduation to a new stage in life. I think the time has come for my graduation. I plan to stop seeing patients in January 2021.
It has been an honor and a pleasure taking care of you over the 30 plus years that I have been in practice. I don’t know where the time has gone. We have had many joyous and pleasant times to celebrate as well as having dealt with some disappointments and difficult times. I hope that I have been able to support you as much as you have supported me. It has truly been a privilege being involved in your care.
Again, I want to thank you for all of your kindness over the years and let you know that I leave you in good hands with my partners at Associates in Women’s Healthcare.
Stay safe and healthy.
Fondly,
Paula Gizzie, MD
P.S. Don’t forget the 3 W’s.
